The Pulse Network.
Skills travel, data doesn’t.
Publish a Skill or Playbook your workspace has been running, and other workspaces can fork it. Everything that could identify you is stripped before it leaves your workspace: names, IDs, source documents, and observations all go. A pre-publish scan auto-blocks anything that references private channels, credentials, personal data, or internal URLs.
The network opens when the first workspace publishes.
Nothing is here yet. Your admin opts the workspace in from /app/admin/network, then publishes a Skill or Playbook from its detail page. It lands in this feed once the pre-publish scan passes.
Recipes travel, data doesn’t. Names, IDs, source documents, and observations are stripped before an item leaves your workspace. The de-identifier allowlists fields, so anything new defaults to private.
Shipping now, and next.
The MVP is publish and fork with the privacy machinery around it. Everything below the line is planned, not in this release.
Publish & fork
Share a Skill or Playbook your workspace runs; other workspaces fork their own private copy.
The de-identifier
Names, IDs, source documents, and observations are stripped before an item leaves your workspace.
Pre-publish scan
Nine checks auto-block private-channel sources, credentials, personal data, and internal URLs.
Forks stay private
A forked item lands private to whoever forked it; they choose when to share it with their team.
One-click kill switch
Revoke your whole workspace at once; revoked items disappear from the feed (existing forks keep working).
Three sharing modes
Shadow, live, and sealed — how much a shared item can see when it runs elsewhere.
Policy-based limits
Constrain what a shared item is allowed to do in the workspace that forks it.
Anonymized run statistics
Aggregate performance signal on a published item, with no workspace exposed.
Signed manifests
Cryptographic provenance so a forked recipe can be traced to what was published.
Publishing is OFF by default. Admins enable it from /app/admin/network; nothing publishes until an owner opts the workspace in. Follow why-pulse for what lands next.
Have a skill worth sharing?
Publish from your skill detail page. Forks arrive private to the person who forked them; they choose when to share with their team. Unpublish is one click; revoked items disappear from the feed (existing forks keep working in the workspaces that took them).
