We aren’t running a public job board yet, Pulse is small and hiring slowly. If our manifesto resonates and you want to be in the room when we figure this out, we’d love to hear from you. Below is the process we’ll run when we open roles.

We’re not actively hiring yet, Pulse is in private beta and we’re hiring against specific gaps as they show up. If you’ve read the manifesto and think you’d be a fit, write to us anyway. We keep a real list and reach out when the role opens.

What it’s actually like

We write before we meet.

Every meaningful proposal is a memo. Most decisions are made in async comments, not in a 30-min call. We meet to disagree, not to align.

The founders code.

Apoorv ships product copy & most of the briefing surface; Manav is in the policy engine weekly. There's no org-chart layer between you and the people making decisions.

Disagreement is a feature.

We have a documented "minority report" practice: if you disagreed with a decision, your dissent goes in the memo so we can revisit if reality proves you right.

We are not a rocket ship.

We intend to grow more slowly than we could. Product trumps growth. If "scale fast, fix later" is your style, this is the wrong place.
