Per-seat pricing,
no per-query, no per-token, no surprises.
Three tiers. Two billing periods. Same product. We don’t meter retrieval, route models behind your back, or hide enterprise features in a “contact us” maze. Pulse is currently in private beta, join the waitlist to lock in early-access pricing for your team.

Pricing FAQ
What counts as a “seat”?
A seat is one human who logs in and asks questions. Bots, integrations, MCP clients, and API consumers don’t count, those are billed under the platform fee on Enterprise, and free on Team. We don’t count “viewers” or “lurkers”, if someone reads a Pulse briefing in Slack but never opens the app, you don’t pay for them.
Are queries metered?
No. We don’t meter retrieval, model tokens, or agent runs on Team or Enterprise. Free has a soft cap of 500 questions per workspace per month, if you bump it, we’ll email you, never auto-cut you off mid-day. The economics work because seats correlate with value better than tokens do.
What models do you use? Can I bring my own?
Default routing is across Claude Sonnet 4.5, GPT-4.1, and a fine-tuned 70B for fast retrieval. On Enterprise you can bring your own keys (BYOK) for any model, or pin a specific provider per route. We never train on your data, contractual on every tier.
What if I exceed the Free question limit?
Two options: wait till the 1st of next month, or upgrade. We don’t auto-charge or auto-upgrade. If you hit the cap consistently, you’re past the Free use case and Team will pay for itself in the first week.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual is billed up front, prorated on adds, and saves 20%. Monthly is straight credit-card, cancel anytime. Both are exactly the same product, we don’t gate features behind annual contracts.
Can I self-host?
Yes, on Enterprise. We ship a Helm chart that runs in your VPC; you point it at your model provider keys, your storage, your IdP. The full stack, Skills, MCP server, connector framework, runs inside your perimeter.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as JSON or Parquet at any time. On cancellation we delete within 30 days by default. The map graph is exportable as an OWL/RDF dump, so you keep the structure even if you walk away.
Do you negotiate?
On Enterprise, yes, multi-year, large-seat counts, public-sector all have flex. On Team and Free we don’t, because the price is already low and a sales motion would force us to raise it.
Can I trial Enterprise?
Yes. 30-day pilot with a real customer engineer, full feature set, no procurement until you’re sure. We’d rather you walk after 30 days than feel locked-in for a year.
What about taxes & currencies?
Prices shown are USD net of tax. We bill in USD, EUR, GBP, INR, VAT/GST added at checkout based on your billing address. EU companies with valid VAT IDs get reverse-charged.
Same product. Three tiers.
Pick the one that’s honest about your team.
If you’re an individual or under 5 people, start free. If you’re 10+ and serious, we’ll prioritise you on the waitlist for Team. If you need security review and a contract, talk to us, we’ll have the DPA in your inbox before the call ends.
